19 year old Nicoll aka Nifra from Slovakia makes her debut on Coldharbour Recordings with the release of her first production, Ready. The track picked up early interest from Markus Schulz by playing it several times on Global DJ Broadcast in November. The original version has proved popular with GDJB listeners, and this was taken further with plays on Armin van Buuren's A State Of Trance, Above & Beyond's Trance Around The World and Marcus Schossow's Tone Diary radio shows.
Complimenting the original is a remix from a duo who are familiar names to Coldharbour, Randy Boyer & Eric Tadla, better known to many as EnMass. Their remix is geared more towards the clubs, slightly darker and moody setting the right tone in the middle of a set. You may have heard this remix when Markus Schulz played it in his GDJB World Tour set from Turnmills in London. Last but not least, Dutch producer and Armada favorite Robert Nickson delivers his trademark uplifting sound, giving the melody more of a big room trance feeling.

Too Far Away
Georgia native Evol Waves makes his debut on Coldharbour Recordings Red with a very strong double offering. Mimi has quickly become a Global DJ Broadcast fixture among fans and listeners, being played a multitude of times throughout November and December. Too Far Away catches people in with a powerful, dirty, techy bassline with an epically emotional break to take your breath away. Both tracks have been supported hugely in Markus Schulz's live gigs, with Mimi also being supported by Armin van Buuren on A State Of Trance. Too Far Away has also received recent support from Niklas Harding and Marcus Schossow.

The release of Perfect sees Markus Schulz team up with good friend Noel Sanger and wife Dauby. Perfect is the ultimate feel-good record, with catchy vocals guaranteed to put that little smile on your face. The remix package is arguably the strongest assembled for a Markus Schulz single release to date. Grabbing all the headlines unsurprisingly are Irish duo Agnelli & Nelson, following on from their massive remix of John O’Callaghan’s Big Sky. Their remix of Perfect can be described as such, perfect. It has received huge support from Markus Schulz himself, Armin van Buuren and Paul van Dyk.
Complimenting the huge Agnelli & Nelson remix are offerings made in Germany. Munich’s Jerome Isma-Ae has made waves in recent months with his productions and remixes, and his remix of Perfect is guaranteed to attract the progressive-house minded among us. Last but not least, Tom Porcell and Kevin Sieja team up under their Funabashi alias to give the pure Coldharbour interpretation of Perfect, and it has worked a treat so far, winning the Global Selection vote for two consecutive weeks in February.
Perfect has all the makings of being one of the biggest tracks in 2008, and there are only a matter of weeks to wait for the full official release. You can expect it to rock dancefloors throughout Miami during Winter Music Conference week.

Coldharbour Recordings and Global DJ Broadcast favourites Sonic Division are rewarded with a full E.P. release on the label after two appearances on the Coldharbour Selections series. Polish duo Damian and Maciej have made quite an impression on Coldharbour followers in the past year, and this looks set to continue. Bulky Hero speaks for itself – a multiple Global Selection winner, massive support from Markus Schulz for 6 months throughout all of his live sets and festivals, and supplemented with plays from DJs such as Andrew Bennett, Solarstone, Jon O’Bir and Agnelli & Nelson. If I Had Wings was featured on Amsterdam ’08 and looks set to make a similar impact to Bulky Hero, and Take Your Chance holds up the quality of this release with a catchy bassline hook.

Rubberband
Canadian producer Glenn Morrison joins the Coldharbour family with this double A-side release. Many eyebrows were raised when the tracklist for Markus Schulz's latest compilation Amsterdam '08 featured two new tracks by Glenn, but after listening to them, they were included for good reason. Blue Skies With Linda received instant support from Tiësto, with regular plays on his Club Life radio show. The track is embraced with such emotion; it is hard not to fall in love with it after only one listen. It has also received lots of support from Above & Beyond, Andy Moor and Kenneth Thomas. Rubberband is similar in composition however slightly more geared towards the clubs. Either way, you will be spoiled for choice here.
